Aniya Danée is a Black, queer artist who was born-and-raised in New York. In October of 2022, she was cast as “The Bullet” in the award winning musical Hamilton—a role that had been a dream of hers since she was a young competitive dancer at Michelle Ferraro’s Dance USA. Shortly after debuting in her first company of the show, Aniya was offered to join the first International Tour Of Hamilton, where she traveled to The Philippines, United Arab Emirates, and Singapore to continue telling this incredible story. Aniya was most recently touring with the Angelica Company of Hamilton. She is also a competition choreographer at MFDUSA, in addition to many other studios on Long Island. While musical theater performing is her current focus, her professional experience also includes modeling, concert and commercial dance, film/tv acting, and teaching. She is represented by Chondra Profit-Ardrey at Firestarter Entertainment.
